Description

This beautiful rose has been one of the few wines selected by Mathilde Chapoutier in her collection Mathilde Chapoutier Selection (MCS).

Grape variety: Syrah, cinsault, rolle, grenache noir

Soil:the soil here is poor and shallow and made up of limestone and clay sandstone.

Harvest: is carried out at night, by machine

Winemaking: short, cold maceration on the skins. Low temperature fermentation. Constant protection against oxygen to preserve aromatic potential.

Maturing: 5 months in stainless steel vats

Colour : Crystalline with pale pink highlights.
Nose : Intense, complex aromas, nicely accentuated by floral notes.
Mouth : Rich, long and velvety, combined with freshness
