Appearance: Garnet black, dark and rich in purple reflections.
Nose: Pretty notes of black fruits (cherry, blackberries), beautiful minerality with graphite notes.
Palate: Suave attack, rich and elegant. Very fine and silky tannins. Persistent finish and aromatic notes reminiscent of the granite terroir.
Varietal(s): 100% Syrah.
Harvest: The bunches are cut and then transported in small crates to the vinification cellar.
Vinification: The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a small concrete tank of 30 HL with a long maceration of about 5 weeks.
