Description
Garnet black, dark and rich in purple reflections.
Pretty notes of black fruits (cherry, blackberries), beautiful minerality with graphite notes.
Suave attack, rich and elegant. Very fine and silky tannins. Persistent finish and aromatic notes reminiscent of the granite terroir.
The bunches are cut and then transported in small crates to the vinification cellar.
Brown soils from coarse-grained, black mica, fractured and locally weathered granite.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a small concrete tank of 30 HL with a long maceration of about 5 weeks.
Entirely in barrels for around 20 months (25% new barrels).
