Grapes come from blue schist soils from Villé.
Harvesting
The crop is harvested manually in 20kg boxes.
Vinification
Grapes are pressed for a long time (around 8 hours). And then the fermentation is initiated by natural yeasts in big casks.
Maturing
The wine is aged in big casks for 10 months and the malolactic fermentation is achieved.
Tasting
Colour: steady gold colour
Nose: varietal aromas, with citrus notes, spices and pineapple.
Palate: the acidity is frank. The finish expresses salty notes and is very aromatic.
