Description
On the palate the wine is lively, elegant and powerful at the same time. Very nice mineral reduction on the palate which enhances the complexity of the wine and reveals the expression of the terroir
The grapes are picked manually in boxes of 20 kg.
The plots are on Villé blue schist soils.
A long pressing (8 hours) is carried out. The vinification is made in traditional Alsatian tuns, with fermentation in native yeasts.
The wine is aged for 15 months in tuns, with malolactic fermentation.
