mple and firm, powerful tannins, jammy and vanilla finish. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years.
Syrah. To produce the “Varonniers”, we have chosen our oldest vines from Crozes-Hermitage (more than 60 years old on average).

Vinification in small closed concrete vats. The vatting is long and lasts nearly a month, to polymerize the tannins. Only the run-off wine is used.
