Tasting NotesThis wine is a part of our Selection Parcellair with a limited number of wines imported each vintage.

Appearance: red robe, very strong garnet, deep, very brilliant with purple reflections.
Nose: Open, expressive and complex with notes of very ripe black fruits (elderberry, blackberries), also spicy notes (pepper, garrigue).
Palate: Nice attack, tight but silky tannins where we find spicy aromatic notes that dominate, lots of fat, good length, very ethereal finish.
Varietal(s): Grenache 65%, Syrah 35%.
Harvest: Manual harvest.
Soil: Clay-limestone and shale.
Vinification: The extraction is only performed by punching of the cap during a long maceration which lasts at least 4 weeks.
Ageing: 100% in barrels for 18 months.
