Golden, of great intensity.
Notes of fleshy fruits: apricot and peach, followed by a floral bouquet.
The attack is fresh, full of minerality and salinity with a long finish.
90% Grenache gris, 10% Grenache blanc.
The harvest is done in the morning to take advantage of the freshness of the sea, manually and in crates.
The grapes come from very old primary schist soils.
Vinification is done by pressing whole bunches. After light settling at 12°C for 24 hours, the wine is barreled into demi-muids. The alcoholic fermentation lasts several weeks.
Aging in demi-muids lasts six months with stirring on the lees for the first two months.
