Soil
Different type of soils: from red podzol overlying on schists to red sandy and silty soils.
Harvest
The crop is harvested at maturity, avoiding over-maturation.
Vinification
The grapes are entirely destemmed. Maceration is carried out in cement or stainless steel tanks and lasts about two weeks in order to obtain a tannic structure necessary to the preservation and to a good stability of the wine.
Maturing
The wine is entirely aged in stainless steel tanks from 10 to 12 months after vinifications.
Tasting
Colour: intense red
Nose: red berries, followed by hints of exotic fruits.
Palate: round and structured, this wine has fine tannins and aromas of fruits and spices.
