Grapes come from a granitic soil
Grapes are manually harvested at maturity avoiding overmaturation.
Grapes are entirely destemmed. Fermentation and maceration are performed in concrete tanks. The extraction is carried out by punching of the cap.
The wine is aged in oak casks (with a proportion of 30% of new ones) for 18 months.
Colour: deep garnet-red.
Nose: black fruit flavours (blackberry)
with some graphite and flinty notes.
Palate: the spice and black pepper aromas reflect the expression of this granitic terroir. A firm tannic structure provides to this wine an exceptional length.
